Structure, Governance and Management
The charitys gs)verning document is a consbtulion adopted and signed by six Trustees at a meeting
on 26th March 2015. An amendment to introduce a maximum of li {e￿Veft) Trustees was approved
by at least a 75% majority at the Annual Genernl Meeting held on 19th July 2016.
Confirmation from the Chartty Commission that the Trust was recognised as a charity and entered
onto their Register of Charitles bfds received on 24th June 2015.
Each Trustee has signed a detlaratsn that they willing to Stand as a Tmstee and that they
understood the Tntst's purposes and rules as Set out in the Constitution.

Three131 exlsifng Trustees (Debbie Drdmmis. Brian Isherwood, Dawn Wyatt) will retire at the Annual
General Meeting in accordan￿ with the Consbtution. Dawn Wyatt will not stand for re-election.
Both Debbie Drammis and Brian Isherwood a￿ willirE to seek re-appointment.
Objectlves and Artivities
The objects of the Trust are to advance such charitsble purposes (according to the law of England
and Wales) as the Trustees see fft from time to time primarily for the benefit of the inhabitants of the
Parish of Milton Abbas and tts surrounds.
There has been no activtty during the reporting year.
Achievernents and Performance
A quiet year wthout a Street Fair, but with some transactions detsiled below. The next
Street Fair will take place on 26th July 2025.
Flnanclal Review
The 2024-25 Annual Trust Accounts opened with total balances of £24,262 and closed with
£22,214.
There were few transactions wlth it being a non-Street Fair year. The main payments being
£4,000 of beneficiary grants from the second tranche of the 2023 Street Fair and ongolng
costs for the Trust. Website and Indemnity Insurnnce eto
Income of £3,51M) was from 2025 Stallholder Bookings and £257 of Bank InteresL
The 'Rainy Day Reserve Fund, of £5.(MXI and the SLIrt-Up Fund of £9,OtK) for the 2025 Street
Fair has been carried forward.
The simple Reserves Policy (see Appendix l) has been ￿vieWed by the Trustees and wlll
hopefully be agreed bythe Membership at the AGM.
