**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF YSTRAD FFLUR AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS IN PARTICULAR BY DEVELOPING THE WOODLANDS KNOWN AS COED DOLGOED AND COED CNWCH AS A COMMUNITY WOODLAND.

**Activities:** We manage a community woodland project for the benefit of the public. Our activities involve: providing and improving access; conserving and enhancing biodiversity; providing interpretation facilities and educational opportunities on the woodland and its wildlife; and engaging volunteers in working in the woodland and running the project.
