**Activities:** The Friends of Childs Hill Park exists to conserve and protect the environment of the park, to educate park users about local plants and wildlife and develop space for play and recreation. Our volunteer group  meets regularly to maintain and plant our flower beds; we raise grants to improve the diversity of planting, install interpretation boards and a tree trail for educational purposes.
