In particular visits from**<br>**educational establishments are**<br>**encouraged and special arrangements**<br>**are made to accommodate larger groups.**|

We have no assets to speak of**<br>**but others could be viewed differently, in**<br>**addition we get indirect benefits as we**<br>**pay no local taxes.**|
