The trustees present their report and financial statements for the year ended 28[th] February 2022.

Principal Activities

The principle activities of the charity are to promote the voluntary sector for the purpose of public benefit by providing office space and other services required by other charities and voluntary organisations by considering the following definitions:

'The voluntary sector' means charities and voluntary organisations.

Others First Foundation was registered as a CIO‐charity on 19[th] June 2015. The current Trustees of the Charity are as follows:

Mr. Ali Zarei, Mr. Steven Goodwin and Mr. Stephen D. Infield.

Note that original trustee member, Mr. Allen Mason, resigned March 2021 due to ill health

(The charity administration is wholly managed by volunteers. It has no paid staff)

Projects and activities of the others First Foundation during the financial year ending 28[th] February 2022:

On 15[th] July 2016, The Trustees managed to find a building that was suitable for establishing a community center for the use of other charities and voluntary organizations as planned in the objectives of the charity.

(1)

The building continued to be used regularly by local charities and non‐profit voluntary organizations for their office use, daily or weekly meetings, AGMs and conferences and seminars, catering and charity events, internet and other services.

The Trustees were pleased to be able to help other charities and voluntary sectors to have a place to work from and facilitate them with their required space and services towards their charitable or humanitarian activities.

Income and Expenditure

During the financial year ended 28[th] of February 2022, the income of the charity was a total of £121,469.00 which was received from private donors, gift aid and other grants.

By the end of financial year, the charity had spent a total of £115,196.00 (year 2021 = £122,107.00) for its rent, rates, insurance, utilities and other administrative expenses.

At the end of year, the cash at the bank was rounded to £17,444.00 (2021 = £13,545.00)

During the first six months of the year, the centre was only partially operational due to the Covid 19 pandemic. From July 2021, after Covid restrictions were lifted, the centre was fully operational, and run by volunteers and trustees. There was no paid staff for this financial year.

The expenses of the charity were kept to a minimum except for essential expenses such as rent, rates and utility bills, which were ongoing expenses of the charity.

Daily expenses and maintenance costs which had built up over years from one of the Trustees for £15,000, were generously donated by this trustee, converting it into a donation, and declining the offer of reimbursement by the Others First Foundation.

Trustees Plan

Trustees plan to continue with their services to other charities and non‐profit organization,

(2)

Statement of Trustee's responsibilities

The Trustees are aware that they are required by law applicable to charities in England and Wales to prepare the Trustees Annual Report and financial statements for every financial year, which must give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity.
