## Meeting Minutes 

2022 

Present: Anneliese Davidsen, Purni Morell, Gbolahan Obisesan Christian Roe 

## **1. Matters Arising** 

None 

## **2. Review of 2022/3 against Charitable Objects and Plans / Strategies** 

There was no activity during the year. Plans are underway to have a more active year in 2023, including possible performances in Salisbury in Autumn ’23. 

## **3. Financial Performance and Accounts** 

There was no income and no expenditure in 2021/2. 

The starting balance on 1.4.21 was £684.72 and the closing balance on 31/3/22 was also £684.72. 

The accounts were unanimously approved for submission by all Trustees. 

## **4. Governance** 

Two new Trustees will join the Board. Giles Smart was proposed by Purni Morell, seconded by Anneliese Davidsen and approved by all. Timberlake Wertenbaker was proposed by Christian Roe, seconded by Gbolahan Obisesan and approved by all. 

PM will submit the Charity Commission annual return next week and add the new Trustees. She will circulate copies of these documents to Trustees by email. 

## **5. AOB** 

None. 

The next AGM will be scheduled for December 2023 and an opportunity to socialize with new Trustees will be planned for January 2023.
