Key fundraising events held. and net income gener8ted included 8 Barton Ball £9.6k, Bonfire
Night £3.Ok, Sponsored Fit for February Event £2.Ok and a Rose Festival £1.3k.
Donatlons to the school included £1 Skwhi¢h was used to improve the outdoor school f8cilities.
This Included new forest school equipment, replacement ofthe early years outdoor canopy.

The PTFA also funded £2k for a vthole school pantomime Msit. £0.3kfoT calculators for 811 Year

The opening cash balance for the charitywas £17.6k. net funds r8i8ed of £23.5k. less don8tlons
of £18.Ok resulted in a closing cash balance of £23.1 k.

The charity's principal source of funds is income fTom our fundraising events. as det8iled above.
Our main costs are donations that we give to the school each year. Our expenditure r8latingto
our fundraising activities includes the c08ts offood. drink. iicenses and entertainment.
Reserves Pollcy
We release cash to Barton St La￿enCe Primary School each year and this is usually in line with
our target lundraising amounts. In this accounting period. £15k of donations were made In
8ddition to the funding of £3.Ok of specrfic events for the children. Our main donation5 are often
made at the start of the financial year tollowingthe cessation of our largest fundraising events at
the end ofea¢h $choolye?rinJuly. Wealway5 aim to hold atleast £3k in cash reserves during
the year to meet any unforeseen expenditure.
Future Plans
We 8re hopeful that ourfundraising event$ and endeavours wiu continue to raise significant
amount$ of money to further enhan¢e the education of the children at the school.

The trustees run the PTFA wrth help from other Pa￿nts and teachers at the schooL All trustees
