The charity continued to run the<br>village hall. The<br>work was carried out during the<br>months that the Hall was not in use.<br>There was also a partial replacement<br>of the Hall roof to make good<br>dilapidations.  The cost of this work<br>was circa £17k and was financed by<br>grants, donations and fund-raising<br>activities of the trustees and Friends<br>of the Village Hall specifically for this<br>purpose.<br>**----- End of picture text -----**<br>
