R￿pective respoDsibilities of the Trustees and Examiner The Trustees are res￿nSIble for the preparation of the alrounts. The Trusttts consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Clwities Act 2011 and that an independent examinatxon is needed. It is my responsibility to. examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities ACL to follow the pr￿]ureS laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Con]mission (under section 145 {5)(b) of the Charities 2011 ACL and to state whether particular matters have come to my attrntio Basis of Independent examiner's statement My examination w&s Carri￿ out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kepi by the Trustees and a comparison of the a¢counts presented with those records. It also inclwjes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the Trustees cor￿eM]ng any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not pff>vide all the evidence that would be requitrd in an audiL and consequently no opinion IS given as to whether the accounts present a'￿￿ a￿1 fai￿ view and the reFM)rt is limit￿ to those matters set out in the statement below.
