|Summary of the main<br>activities in relation to those<br>purposes for the public<br>benefit, in particular, the<br>activities, projects or<br>services identified in the<br>accounts.|Para 1.17<br>Para 1.19|Our Money Advice Service runs 3 days per<br>week across 3 Churches, with a 4that a<br>neighbouring Church planned for March 2023.<br>The Service sits alongside our existing Food<br>Poverty work and offers a ‘wrap around’ support<br>service to clients.<br>We continue to support the Parishes of Walton<br>Breck and St Georges Everton in securing<br>funding for their ‘Scouse’ (Hot meals for the<br>disadvantaged), Foodbank and two Food<br>Pantries.<br>The successful partnership with ‘The Henry<br>Smith Charity’ in the distribution of small parish<br>grants, for the relief of immediate hardship<br>and/or poverty continues with the award of a<br>further grant in 2022.|

This is thanks to<br>the generous funding and support that we have<br>received.<br>The Debt / Money Advice work is firmly<br>attached to the food poverty support in each of<br>the centres; reaching many of those most in<br>need. The many ‘success’ stories have been<br>due to the recruitment of skilled debt advisor,<br>with the right interpersonal skills to build<br>positive relationships.<br>We anticipate the workload of the Money<br>Advisor increasing, with 2023 looking as though<br>it may be another challenging year for many.|
