The charity organises an annual arts festival in the village of Chiddingly, East Sussex, which takes place in the autumn.  It also organises a pantomime in the same village, which is performed in January.  The trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.

Due to uncertainties created by Covid 19, the anticipation of concerns **Summary of the main** about Covid 19 depressing demand for events, and the possibility of **achievements of the charity** restrictions on such gatherings being imposed by the government, it was **during the year** decided not to hold a Festival in 2019 or a pantomime in January 2020.
