COVID-19 Guidance** : since the full lockdown as of 6[th] of January, the churches were shut until the month of July and all the church activities were seized till the further announcements. As of July, 2020 here was a published updated requirements on face coverings and additional guidance on the outdoor worship along with the checklist for special religious services and gatherings. The board appointed **crisis management team** headed by George Saladze and he was asked to create a team that would ensure the safety of the parish in the preparation of the opening of the church. George Saladze presented and shared the board with the plan how the church can be reopened for permitted activities in a manner that is safe and in line with the national lockdown restrictions and requested in advance to provide an ample supply of masks, gloves, antibacterial solutions, and printouts indicating one way exits around the church premises. George Saladze proposed to appoint Giorgi Jikia in charge of collecting the list of perish names and families that wished to attend the church services in advance. The opening plan of the church was discussed in detailed among the board members and decisions were made to reopen in accordance with COVID-19 guidance. ## **B. COVID-19 Guidance** : The board appointed **crisis management team** headed by George Saladze continued to provide update and support since the reopening of the church. He presented the board with **COVID-19 checklist** that was a governmental requirement changes to be incorporated regulations in order to further minimise the risk of COVID-19 spreading. The **crisis management team discussed** the limitations around the number of people indoors and outdoors, face coverings and social distancing that was guided by the size and layout of the building. Farther George Gibradze discussed the special religious ceremonies (weddings, baptisms, funerals etc) and functions that were permitted and the list of strongly advised legal requirements around waring a face-covering during the act of worships. ## **D.
