IT MUST NOT DISCRIMINATE UNLAWFULLY AGAINST ANY INDIVIDUAL.THE CIO SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO AFFILIATE TO THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS OR TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS WITH SIMILAR CHARITABLE OBJECTS.
