**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY ('THE OBJECT') IS THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OF FAMILIES WITH DEPENDENT CHILDREN IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:(1) PROVIDING NEW AND SECONDHAND BABY- AND CHILD-RELATED ITEMS TO FAMILIES IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO RELIEVE POVERTY;(2) ARRANGING ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN FROM IMPOVERISHED FAMILIES AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE REFUGES;(3) PROVIDING INFORMATION TO IMPOVERISHED FAMILIES TO ENABLE THEM TO ACCESS SUPPORT AVAILABLE FROM OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO RELIEVE POVERTY; AND(4) RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT THE LEVEL OF POVERTY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY AND THE IMPACT OF SUCH POVERTY ON THE LIVES OF CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS.

**Activities:** to provide essential baby, child or household items to local families in financial hardship;to raise awareness about the level of poverty in the London Borough of Bromley & the impact of this poverty on the lives of children & their parents;to fund occasional activities & essentials for women and children living in domestic violence refuges;to signpost families to other local sources
