## **CHARITY COMMISSION ANNUAL REPORT** 

## **YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2023** 

Activities in the hall showed an increase during the year though they had not returned to the prepandemic levels y the year end.  The main event in the year was the celebration of the Platinum Jubilee, which was a free event, open to all in the village and the neighbouring village.  All of the organisations in the village and our neighbour came together to organise the event which was held on Thompson’s Millennium Green as well as the Community Hall.  The turnout was very pleasing, 

Bookings for parties and weddings continue to increase. 

The Trustees have events planned for the coming year, and intend to hold a weekend festival of flowers and crafts in the subsequent year with planning starting in the coming months.
