The objects of the CIO are to advanc8
education for th8 publ￿ benefit in Polish
language. culture, tradttion, and ￿ritage, in
particular wilhin the Polish Community in
Amersham arKI the surroundirvJ areas.
The main a￿1VitieS offered by our
organisation is teaching Polish and Polish
cuRure through our Polish Saturday School.
Classes take pla￿ on Saturdays between
the hours of 9..30 and 13".00. These class8S
are held during term time in classrooms
rented from Amersham &Fy)ol. The classes
ar8 OP8n lo children of our members.

Achievements and Performance

The number of the children attendir¥J
classes is stabl8. N8w sludenls joined th8
primary school class8s, secondary18v81,
and examination classes. Due lo familles
leaving th8 UK and returning to Poland, we
anticipate the number of stLsdents lo
decrease steadily. However, the school
remans popular within the Polish
communty - parents (xsntinue to
recommend our school to others and
families join the school from further afiekl.

School altendance has been monitored
regularly and has been good. The
attendanc8 during special ￿lebrat￿n$
even￿ assemblies has been good. Th8re
is no extra charge for participating in school
trips therefore these were F()pular and w811
atterKled.
We had one vacanLry at the beginning of the
school year, but manag8d lo flnd a teacher
vtho joined at th8 end of November. Th8
teachers are 8nthusiastic and happily take
part in tralning sessH?ns and workshops. We
received a grant for Poland to be spent on
teacher's training and teaching materials.

contribution lo Polish education abroad.

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
Responsibilities and
basis of report
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent [The charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to
examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of [insert name of

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ") which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.

with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
