STRUCTURE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The charity is a Charitsble Incorporated Organisalion ICIO), registration number 1162069, and is governed
by a constitution and mariaged by a committee who have the power lo appoint the charitls Iruslees.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The charity works for the public benefrt having as its objective the development and education of children
and young people in particular, by..
111 Promoting their care arid safety
121 Promoting their education and promoting parental involvement
131 Promoting their health and wellbeing
141 Providing services lo support them and their families and carers
151 Providing services lo individuals holding membership of the CIO
161 Furthering the aims of the Pre-school Leaming Alliance.
The charity trustees have complied with their duty to have due regard lo the guidance on public benefit
published by the Charity Commission.
RISK MANAGEMENT
The Iruslees acknowledge their responsibility to identify, assess 2nd manage risks lo which the charity is
exposed. Where appropriate, systems, procedures and controls have been established lo mitigate and
safeguard the Iruslees and charty.
ACHIEVEMENTS PERFORMANCE AND FINANCIAL REVIEW
The charity is a nursery providing high quality learning experiences for children belween the ages of two and
five.
Income received during the year amounted lo £118,562 and lolal expenditure £127,109 resulting in a deficit
of £8,547. Reserves al 31 July 2025 amounted to £24,514.
The charitys aims and objectives have remained unchanged and there continues to be an excellent working
relationship between the committee and nursery staff.

We report to the trustees on our examination of the accounts of the Ladybird Pr&School Nursery (the
charity} for the year ended 31 July 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND BASIS OF REPORT
As the charity's Iruslees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 20111'lhe Act'l.
We report in respect of our examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act and in carrying out our examination we have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS. STATEMENT
We have completed our examination. We confirm that no material matters have come to our attention in
connection with the examination giving us cause to believe that in any materi81 respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the Act., or

We have no con￿rn$ and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which
attention should be drawn in this report in order lo enable a proper undefstanding of the accounts to be
