## **1. Church Time Table** 

- All ministers to stick to their stipulated time scale of ministration. 

- Additions on the Time Table – Instructions of the month. 

## **2. Baptism – Easter Weekend** 

- Baptistery has been ordered 

- Preparing all those who have received Jesus Christ can be baptised. 

## **3. Furniture Scheme – Direction** 

- The furniture room is too limited for the furniture Scheme to blossom. 

- We propose a new property be found to accommodate the Furniture Scheme or close it but cannot operate at the church. 

- At the moment we have enough drivers which will make the Furniture Scheme effective. 

## **4. Word of Life Conference – July 2024** 

5. House Fellowship Establishment – 5 Houses proposed. 

   - Divine strategy for follow-ups 

   - Every member to belong to a house fellowship for spiritual, physical and emotional nourishment. 

   - As the ministry is growing we need to be built up into House Fellowships. 

## **6. Finance Sunday** 

- It is a Sunday when the finances of the church are explained to the church. 

- How much was raised and what are the expenses of the church. 

- Explain the projected direction of the finances of the church. 

## **7. Revival Services – Every 3[rd] Month** 



- The Revival Services will be more family oriented. 

- To charge the body of Christ to be on fire for Jesus. 

- Preparation for the body of Christ for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

## **8. Celebrate Diversity – BBQ** 

- This is a Summer Event; it’s a tool for soul winning. 

- It’s an event to celebrate diversity, where members are encouraged to 

dress in traditional gear. 

## **9. Church Planting – Middlesbrough Property Direction.** 

## **10.Christmas carol – 23[rd] December 23** 

## **11.Building Project – Direction** 

- The Surveyors have struggled to evaluate the property, due to its size. 

- The Landlord is willing to sale, but need evaluation as per Charity 

   - Commission Recommendations. 

## **12.Food Bank – Food Resource** 

- Debt Counselling Team to be set up with the professionals. 

- Marketing all our services on all the platforms available – Facebook, etc 

## **13.Children’s Ministry – Teachers are needed** 

- Because of the increased number of children in Junior church. 

- Youth Conference – Ages between 18 – 21 

- Day Care helping families with child care. 

## **14.Annual Prayer & Fasting – 8[th] – 28[th] January 2024** 

- Prayer Points to be prepared. 

- We are all encouraged to observe this period of spiritual empowerment.
