3. OVERVIEW OF THE OPERTATIONS / CHURCH STRUCTURE. 

4. Operations of the Church during COVID – 19 

   - Increase our online presence; hence we bought a Canon camera @ £ 999.00. Including all the accessories. We also maintain our Facebook live teaching Wednesdays and Sundays 

   - a. Due to Covid -19 we have not been able to operate at full capacity 

   - b. Community Hall – Closed 

   - c. Furniture Scheme – Closed 

   - d. Charity Shop – Closed 

   - e. Prayer Meetings Fridays – Cancelled 

   - f. Praise and Worship – Cancelled 

   - g. Food bank – Operating as normal 

- Due to Covid -19 the church has lost thousands as we had to close most of the outreach programs of which would have been able to generate revenue. 

5. Church Rentals – Up-to-date 

6. Kitchen Roof – Broken due to a broken water pips: Repairs in progress 

7. Boiler in the Church Cottage/ House- Broken: Brand new boiler + labour £ 1800.00 PAID. 

8. Church minibus sold: it has had a lot of work to be done on which would not be economically viable 

9. Presentation of Volunteers / Certificates -28/02/2021 

10.  Roof needs repairing - £ 1350.00 that’s the cheapest from the three quotes. 11. Word of Life Missions 

   - We are commissioned to evangelise 

   - Partners of Word of Life: we are working with various partners 

12.  Updating the congregation on the finances of the church 

13. Any other Business
