PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION, TRAINING, EDUCATION AND MEDICAL REHABILITATION OF DISABLED PEOPLE RESIDING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET; AND3. PROMOTING INDEPENDENT LIVING AMONG DISABLED PEOPLE, INCLUDING BY ADVOCATING FOR SOCIAL INCLUSION AND EQUALITY AND DEVELOPING AND PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE TO ENGAGE IN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY.
