**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BY THE PROVISION OF THE FACILITIES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CULLMGWORTH WITHOUT DISTINCTION OFPOLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCEMENT AND PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

**Activities:** Brand new (2019) large village hall with stage and car parking run by group of volunteers. The village pre-school, a senior activity group, local am drams and various evening clubs such as Martial Arts, Brownies, model helicopter and race car clubs use the hall. Also used for parties, weddings, charity fund raising events. Income to cover  running costs derived from letting fees/fund raising.
