**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE IN EAST LONDON BY:1) PROVIDING AFFORDABLE, NON-PROFIT MAKING CHILDCARE WITH PARENTS ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE RUNNING OF THE SETTING;2) PROVIDING A SAFE AND STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH TO LEARN; AND3) PROVIDING PARENTS AND CARERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO BE INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR CHILDREN AND LEARN BEST PRACTICE PARENTING SKILLS THROUGH WORKING WITH QUALIFIED CHILDCARE PROFESSIONALS AND OTHER PARENTS.
