Financial Activity from 6[th] April 2022 to 13[th] March 2023

The report, to Trustees, summarises financial activity from 6[th] April 2022 to 13[th] March 2023. The previous annual activity report was to the period ending 5[th] April 2022.

The opening balance on the 6[h] of April 2022 was £2055.13

The closing balance on the 13[th] April 2023 was £ £1258.27
-
During that period £1233.14 was received by the HPAP. This included £1200 in individual donations and £33.17 received from Amazon UK by way of charity giving.

During the same period a grant of £2030 was made to Stowarzyszenie Pomocy Osobom Autystycznym (Association for Helping Autistic People) based in Gdańsk, Poland

Trustees are asked to approve this report of financial activity.
Addendum - 14th December 2023

The meeting on the 29[th] November 2023 was attended by Anna Shawcross and Colin Hardy, who approved the statement of financial activity for 2022/23.

The following Trustees were unable to attend the meeting on the 29[th] November 2023 and have subsequently confirmed their acceptance of the Financial Activity report during a web based meeting with Anna Shawcross on the 13[th] December 2023 Wiktor Moszczynski Wanda Koscia

The Financial Activity report has been adopted by all Trustees as an accurate reflection of Financial Activity in 2022/2023

At the web based meeting on the 14[th] December 2023 the Trustees present (see 2 above) also reviewed bank account signatories and agreed for convenience that a further Trustee should be added to the account signatories in order that there were two Trustees living locally who could undertake any necessary account activity.

Colin Hardy, an existing Trustee who was not present at the web based meeting, was approved to become a co-signatory.
