Work is in hand to refinance the loans by way of a shared ownership investrnent model of the house. The Charilv remains solvent lon rhe basis of the most recent valuation of the Ireehold prtspertyl despite the pressures on the monthly results and the repayment of loans. Encouraging progress has been made io deal with both issues and a back-up plan is in place Should that be required.
