The charity is bound and governed by its constitution dated 16 April 2015. 6. Its trustees are nominated and appointed in accordance with its constitution. 7. The Charity strives to hold sufficient reserves to meet its likely future financial obligations and contingencies. However there is currently no formally agreed amount or limit held as a reserve. 8. The Charity complied with its duty with regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the Charity Commission. 9. The Charity's objectives and activities remain the promotion and provision of community participation in healthy recreation; principally, but not exclusively, the playing of bowls, cricket and tennis. 10. During the year the charity has raised funds and successfully maintained the grounds and facilities on its Beaufort Street site. 11.
