**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO:(A) ENHANCE THE WHOLE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY AGE THROUGH OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY FACILITIES AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES,  ENSURING THAT THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN REGARDLESS OF RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION OR MEANS.(B) TO ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN AND TO PROMOTE THE ROLE OF THE FAMILY.(C) TO PROVIDE INFORMATION COURSES FOR PARENTS, PROMOTING A WIDER INTEREST IN, AND RECOGNITION OF, SUCH NEEDS.
