Lenderhand was fomed as a Charitable Incorporated Org8nisation under a constitution adopted on 9￿1 March
2015 and was registered a$ a chanty on 22￿￿ May 2015.
The affair5 ofthe charity ar8 rnanaged by the t￿SteeS wrth 5UPPOrt from the administrator.
Lenderhand's Constitution stipulates that the￿ shoulrj be a minimum of 4 land maximum of 121 trustees. The
Trustees believe that they can operate effethvely with the ¢urTent nutnber and rnake up of trustees. Trustees
are only replaced when they no longer want tolare able to act for the charty at which point the lead Trustee
