projerts fdlown9 the de* and pressures of lockdwn. We delivered 5 film ¥¥orkshops, 2 9ames dÈ5ign workshops,
a h¢lidayand food pro9romrne. NEET employmerttprogrammes and at50 tstherincomt gEner*ing projetts. kn addr(ion,
we had a large amtyjnt of young peoplethat we had beenworkin9With that had created a Strong bond with tsurcharity,

misyng teenagers in a lorest environment We filrned in the MKId￿ t>f Scrubs wasteL]nd on the hottest doy of the
year. Much ot our time wa5 spent trnlkSPOrtrng waterfrom shop to crew the whole day. It is always a great expErieKe

The Young Londoners Games tknign wothop was run after the film wortslx>p so that we could give it full attenti)n.

he wa$ 13 and he had progressed all the way to Unive￿ty. He was n¢)w in a position to help some of our present
attendees_

was a challenge as we nomwlty teach our m¢xlules for a whole dty on a Satsjfday. but this onty alh)%*d 2 hours in the

sson however, as it bet&me more interattNe became rmre eThJaged. One of the pupi15 vme a very nKe script

and often invow siblings. Despite the age, the yOLtngstets were very good at engaging with the film content Thvy
crèated a little story called"Hantin vs Pl¥ntsin", we had west I￿lIan, IndsarL It81ian and Britsh food. We JJ50 made

Early in the New Year we were corbtsrted by edLFcation Organ￿atiOn JGA had a large contrart Wtth the Mayorfs
Office that was not fiJlfilled and asked us to ￿1P ergagè with young NEETS and take them through a training and into
education and employment programme. This was ￿ be run in the LoThlon borwJh of Hounslow, thi¢h was ngt our
ormal area. ￿(*￿er. engagement ar¥1 knining is our specialty so we quickty ￿an to make ¢ontact with the
Hounslow youth se￿￿. We S[￿ceSs￿l￿ took a cokn of 20 residents thr(wh ￿Jr trainin9 prc4Jtamme. It was
irrtenswe knthey produced a great film ¢•Ned"A Tale ofJustYou and I".

As a part of our film W0￿shopS we ako run CVworksh)ps and career lurther education pathways. Numerous of
ouryoung peop￿ have gained posr(K>ns in the reTr￿￿ed London Screen Academy. Thiswas set up by Barbara Broccoli,
producer otjèrnes Bond films and Tim famous for NottiThJ Hill ar¥J Bridgetlones to prowde young people aged
16-18 with ¢roft film skills. We have ako guided marky ywng people into Ravertsboume Unwsity and Bournemouth
Unwersty. We have also wrded marty of oui ywng beneficiariÈs into jobs such as t BBC Panorama, One Show, The
Queen'sfrJneraL Swdty) Lambert-squtd Gam4 rrv-24 Htyjrs in A&E. Miifionaires Abroad. PadiamentTV, KSI Sidemen
nd more. dat4bdse ot empksyws is 9rwng and each s¥oduetion season we a￿ guiding more of our youTrg
Peop￿ intoiobs.
We have developed a strong telationship with tsncasterWe5t estste which is wheTE the Grenfell firè happened and SD
there is a strong need in th15 neIgh￿￿rhoOd to high qualty projects. Ths was our third project at Grenfell and
aga>n we had strong interesL We did not￿ in thi5 projecr that there appeared to be more young people sufferin9 Wth
anxiety and also not attending school which highlights the ￿ed forteam IMJik4ing projects. The gro4) created Strong
friendshtps and ￿K)nd$. They a150 created a film £alW Ihe CubKle'. Many ol these young people have 9tsne k>n to
stu¢* film eitherat stxth form college or unr¥ersry.

As part of our Harr￿ Road ir#tNatsves wewanted to wrth the Rebd Business Sthool so that we could run a proieet
aimd at Harrow Road residents. The age range for this was MO￿ OFen and not aFmed at just'youth, so we enga9ed
with an interesting array of people who come frorn a range of backgrounds yjch as Ukrninian and Belarus refvgees,
people who had dropwl LYJt of work in bck(bwTr. Peop￿ who waTrted to peO￿e who wan.od to try film for
the first time. Again. the grtyjp created a strong tr￿t)d and created a great film called Yranscendence.. They have
goTre on to work wtth each other on fvrtt*r proie£ts. We have releThed several of them through to a production
comparty and we are in the ptwess of 9ettin9 them ptaced in other pro(kJ(tioTh compAAie&
Pfeswre is on this neKt year to rnlse the to keep fvnct*)nir9 at the Sevel that we have. We have made
strong inroads into seNing the communities ol North Westminster and North Kensington- We have also made strong
inroads into providing a seNtr to I￿al sthwls and local ywth services, in terms of widirvj ytyJrvJ people thrwgh to
able careers in Film & TdwsM)n. So we wll continue to serve this purpose.
We are also yo1￿j to train up ro be thjke of Edinbjrgh providers and in doing this out y¢)un9 benefieiiries can obtsin
the prestigtous Duke of E(fJnburgh award and in doing so knll improve theircvs.
