Organisation

Christ’s Gospel Church has been standard registered since 21[st] May 2015, but had its operations more than 10years prior to that date.

The charity is organised so that the trustees meet regularly on phone/or in person regularly to managed its affairs. Trustees are initially appointed by Pastors and leaders of the church and must fulfil the requirements set out in the constitution.

Our policy covers complaints handling, conflicting interest, risk management, safeguarding vulnerable beneficiaries and volunteer management.

Achievement and Performance

The COVID-19 has had significant changes to our style of church and organisation as whole. There were a lot of restrictions our churches – which had affected upon us greatly. Even after reopen of the economic – still some aspect of our church is not operating normal, which has had negative impact on our income and all donations.

We are hopeful, by the grace of God things will be changing for the foreseeable future.

The trustees actively review the risks which may affect its continuality or the smooth running of the church on a regular basis. The trustees also examine other operational and any risks that might face the charity and helps to mitigate any significant risks which may arise.

This report was approved by the Trustees on 24th 2022 and signed on behalf, by:

Accountant’s Report

Accountants' report to the Trustees Christ’s Gospel Church

We have carried our normal duties to Christ’s Gospel Church as Accountants to the charity. We consider that the Charity is exempt from an audit for the year ended 31[st] March 2021.

Christ’s Gospel Church trustees have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Charity at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year.

In accordance with their instructions, we have prepared the accounts which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the accounting records of the charity and on the basis of information and explanations they have given to us.

Everything stayed the same and because of the COVID-19 there has been few changes to our year financial performed. The church is doing very well and the management team and leaders are performing tremendous good work done so far.

None of the trustees has any beneficial interest in the charity. The trustees have assessed the major risk to which the charity is exposed, and are satisfied that internal control systems are in place to mitigate exposure to the major risks.

We have not carried out an audit or any other review, and consequently we do not express any opinion on these accounts.
