For the year End 31 March 2025
The trustees present thelr report with the financial statements of the charity for the year
ended 31 March 2025. The trustees have adopted the provi5ion5 of Accounting and Reporting
by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their
accounts in accordance wlth the Flnancial Reporting Standard appllcable In the UK and
Republic of Ireland IFRS 102) (effective l January 2015).

Worshlp & Pastoral Care
Worship & Holy Qurbana Is celebrated on second & forth Saturday of every month
commenclng with mornlng prayer at 08:30am and Qurbana from 09:30am.
Regular Sunday School, Marthamarlam Samalam, Youth League meeting5 were conducted
after Holy Qurbana at church.
Passlon Week
Holy Week Servlces was conducted under the spiritual guidance of the Vicar.
Splrltual Or8anlzatlons
Sunday School
Sunday School classes held regularly after Holy Qurbana. Orthodox Vacatlon Blble Study
IOVBS} classes consisting of three days wa5 conducted in October 2024.
Marthamariam Samajam
Marthamariam Samajarn meetings were regularly held after Holy Qurbana.
Youth
Regular youth group meetings were held after Holy Qurbana.

Prayer Group
Regular prayer meetings is conducted every second Friday evening.

Feast of St. George
The Feast of St. George was celebrated on the second Saturday of May 2024.
Onam
The traditional south Indian festival 'Onam' was celebrated In the month of September bv
providlng attendees with delicious Onam Sadhya after Holy Qurbana.
Feast of St. Gregorlos
The Feast of St. Gregorios was celebrated on the second Saturday of November 2024.

Our church hosted church hosted the annual general body meeting for the The Indlan
IMalankar31 Orthodox Church (Diocese of UK, Europe & Afrlca) In December 2024.
Chrlstmas Carol Vlslts
Church carol vislted homes of church members residences In the month of December 2024.
Chr15tmas Feast
Chrlstmas servlce was condutted on 24 December.
Chrlstmas & New Year celebratlons were condutted after Chrlstmas servlce with cultural
programs performed by church members.
Charlty Projects
A total contrlbutlon of £1450 .00 towards charitie5 in UK during the financlal year.

Reserves
The Church reserves are held to help its current and future activitie5 including a separate
savings account for acquirln8 assets. The retsined surplus of parish as on 3110312025 was
£29966.113568 on 31103120241.

Governing document
The Charity is controlled by its governing document, The Constitution adopted on 6th January
2018 and constitutes as an incorporated charity.

Diocesan Bishop.The Secretary, Treasurer and other committee members are elected by the

I report In re5pe¢t of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under5ectlon 145 of the 2011
Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the appllcable Dlrectlons glven by the
Charlty Commisslon under section 145151{bl of the Art.

I have completed my examlnatlon. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attentlon In
connectlon wlth the examlnatlon which 8lves me ouse to belleve that In, any material respect:
the accountlng records were not kept In accordance wlth sectlon 130 of the Charltles Act,. or
the accounts dld not accord wlth the accountlng records; or
the accounts did not comply wlth the applicable requirements concernlng the form and content
of accounts set out In the Charltles (A¢￿unt$ and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any
requirement that the accounts give a 'true and falr, view whlch Is not a matter considered as part of
an Independent examinatlon.
