**in September 2023 and performed 2**

**Church in May 24 as part of our ongoing**
**programme to support the performance**
**of church music in local parish**

**As part of our community engagement**
**activities the choir took part in carol**
**singing for the residents of a local**
**charity and participated in the annual**
**Keswick Christmas Tree Festival; and**
**had a stall at the annual summer fete at**
**St John’s Keswick. 50% of the proceeds**
**from the stall donated to St John’s**
**church. The retiring collection at the**
**Christmas Concert raised £640 which**

**year of £(513) . The loss was due to**
**investment in goods which will be used**
**in fund raising in 2024-25. The concerts**
**made a profit overall which was a good**
**result reflecting the increased efforts by**
**members of the choir in selling concert**
**tickets and raising £281 in sponsorship**
**for the Spring Concert.**
