## Section D                      Achievements and performance 

Dr. Michael Spencer was awarded the society’s medal for research; this **Summary of the main** will be presented in 2022. A book has been published ‘Arms and Armour, **achievements of the charity** History, Conservation and Analysis’ and well received. Work on the **during the year** school’s essay competition has been delayed by the pandemic. The Journal of The Arms and Armour Society continues to be published and is available to members and non-members on application.
