## Section D

## Achievements and performance

SSW membership continues to be covered for our volunteer instructors

- Donations have allowed the continual upskilling of a number of volunteers and this year we were also fortunate to attend a subsidised ski training trip in Verbier, Switzerland. The instructors developed a formal pathway which included on piste training, reflection and evening sessions

- This year 2 of our members delivered the first ever modular adaptive training sessions earlier in the year, endorsed by our NGB Snowsport Wales.

We held our 4[th] SKI Bears trip to Samoens in January. Our trusted volunteers enabled 10 Ski Bears and their families to experience the holiday of a lifetime. Sit skiers became upright skiers. Quiet skiers found their voice. Siblings and parents became upskilled in assisting their loved ones.

We held a magical Ski4AllWales summer tea party in June in the grounds of Glanrannell Park House ..The event was a great success with many members and their families joining us

As ever we are truly grateful to all our volunteers, parents, support staff for their unrelenting support and kindness year on year .
