1. Profflotlng the IAeadow as a publlc faclllty
In this. our seventh year of oFeratton. the Tnjst continued to promote Falcon
Meadiyw as a plao for educatron. recreation, and other leisure time adivities.
While the impact of the Covk4 19 pandemic ContinU￿j to limit our abilty to
organise public events, the meadcw retained ib increased status as sanctuary
frjr loeAI people to meet. exercise and enjoy nature in a relatively safe
environment. V¥fth the loan now paKI off in full and the need for large scale
fundraising activitses s*JnificanUy diminish￿, the Trustees felt it sensible to
redu￿ the number of events and foeAts on fewer, more conservation and
edUcat￿nal aththes. For example. wothng in local partnership with East
Suffolk County Council. TCV and others, the mead¢)w was used as a venue for
forest school ad1vi￿ targded at young people and for older groups too.
