Set at the heart of the Ironbrldge Gorge World Heritage Site and Conservation Area, and less than 70 metres from the base of the world-famous Iron 8rld8e. the Shed is the only rernainin8 physical reference to a coracle building tradition that dates to prehistoric times. The Shed forms an important and unique part of the view that any visitor can see when lookin8 at the Iron Brid8e for the flrst time from the Ladywood Car Park at the south end ol the Brld8e. Responsibilities and bas¢s of report As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation ol the financial statements in accordance with the fequirements of the Companies Act 2￿6 (the 2006 Act). The trustees have confirmed the Receipts and Payments basis is appfopriate for the preparation of the financial statements. Havin8 satisfied myself that the financial statements of the charity are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2CK)6 Act and are eligible for independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of the charivs financial statements carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act). In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act.
