## **Vale Judo Club** 

## **Annual Trustees Report 2023** 

Vale Judo Club has had another good year we have increased membership ahead of expectation and also secured additional use of the Dojo Hall for two other Martial Arts Clubs and a Self Defense group. We have started working with 4 parents of Judoka to deliver  additional support for the club on a Volunteer basis. 

We remain with 5 Coaches and 4 Support Coaches who are preparing to go on to qualify as coaches. We will be looking to encourage others to join the team as we still have ambition to return to offering 6 sessions a week.
