**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 0-25 WITH DISABILITIES AND ADDITIONAL NEEDS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING LIFE CHANCES, ASPIRATIONS AND OUTCOMES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:1 DEVELOPING AND DELIVERING SERVICES WHICH EMPOWER, INCREASE CHOICE AND MEET NEEDS;2 GIVING INFORMATION, SUPPORT, GUIDANCE AND CARE WHICH ENABLES GREATER INDEPENDENCE;3 CONSULTING WITH, AND CO-ORDINATING A VOICE ACROSS HEALTH, EDUCATION AND SOCIAL CARE SERVICES AND ENABLING PARTICIPATION IN DECISION MAKING AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENT; AND4 PROMOTING THE INCLUSION IN AND ACCESS TO EDUCATION, HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE OPPORTUNITIES AND SERVICES.

**Activities:** POINT deliver a range of Information, Advice, Support and Participation opportunities for Parents and Carers of Children and young people with additional needs and disabilities (aged 0-25).Our charitable activities are designed to inform and empower parents and carers to enable improved outcomes and aspirations for disabled people.
