Support line **Summary of the main** Last year our dedicated Support line team helped over 500 individual **achievements of the charity** calls, providing the advice, support and reassurance to individuals and **during the year** families. WhatsApp This year we have launched our dedicated WhatsApp messaging service offering support.
Web community Our website has been relaunched as an information hub with a growing community of users this now assists more in giving information and support about how to manage and live after severe injury.
Health advice We provide free up-to-date expert information to help people after serious , to date over 400000 people have used our website to get information. Material living aids Our organisation has supplied and delivered over 250 items to individuals and families across the uk. Making there day to day lives easier. Mobility aids and vehicles The charity supplied various mobility aids , wheelchairs and vehicle conversions.
Respite Holiday We have been able to continue our family respite scheme Financial Grants Grants have continued and have played an important role inb the support of families and injured parties, enabling independence and quality of living. Counselling Counselling has continued to be a mainstay of the charities support structure. We continue to grow and develop our resources and hope to expand our support in the coming years.
