Financial Report.
Income for the year was £8176 and expenditure £12394. Average monthly income was £681 and average expenditure £1033 which covered rent, insurance and pension contributions. So expenditure exceeded income by £352 on average monthly. The balance at the bank on 31[st] March 2023 was £1108.

Aim and objection
The object of the Chartable Incorporated Organisation is, for the public benefit, the advancement of the Christian faith among Vietnamese in particular.
Activities
The Trust organises Sunday Church Services weekly at hired church premises in Deptford, London. Attendance is currently not more than 12 people on any one Sunday. The Trust also provides English teaching and practical help, advice and counselling to non-English speaking Vietnamese people. These facilities are provided by a British couple, Mr and Mrs Dunbar, who speak Vietnamese and are self-employed.
Proposal
The trustees have decided more needs to be done to help non-English speaking elderly Vietnamese practically and a community worker should be recruited. Mr and Mrs Dunbar will investigate this.
