Basis of Preparation

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover

Turnover represents the amounts (excluding value added tax) derived from the provision of goods and services to customer and fundraising.

Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life:

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Interakt Community Limited I report on the accounts of the company for the year ended 29 February 2021, which are set out on pages 4 to 8. Rospoctlve responsibilities of trustees and examinor The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144{2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. Having satisfied myseff that th8 charrty is not subject to audit under company law and is eligible for independent examination, it is my responsibility to..
