Update on our current position

Up to the end of 2022 Footstep Living Limited were finalising the development project in Dorchester. A buyer was found and negotiations were almost concluded the end of the year.

In early 2023 Footstep Living Limited completed the sale of the development. Footstep is committed to donating a percentage of profits to local homeless charities in the area.

Footstep Living Ltd has other projects in hand which, over the next few years will generate funds for the charity which will then be distributed by application to local charities that deal with homelessness and related issues in the areas in which the Footstep Living company develops.

It will invite applications and grants will be made based upon projected outcomes that can be achieved from projects that the grants can be applied to.
