Update on our current position

Footstep Housing Trust very close to becoming active. Footstep Living Limited has now completed the purchase of a large development in Dorchester, work on site is almost complete. Footstep Living has identified a purchaser and it is hoped completion will take place before the end of the year. Once the units are sold Footstep is committed to donating a percentage of profits to local homeless charities in the area.

Footstep Living Ltd has other projects in hand which, over the next few years will generate funds for the charity which will then be distributed by application to local charities that deal with homelessness and related issues in the areas in which the Footstep Living company develops.

It will invite applications and grants will be made based upon projected outcomes that can be achieved from projects that the grants can be applied to.
