**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (1) THE RELIEF OF YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UK THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND ADVICE ABOUT THE HEALTH RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TOO MUCH "SCREEN TIME" AND THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH INTERNET ADDICTION TO CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR PARENTS.(2) TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES LIVING IN UK BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: (A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; (C) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** Raise awareness and educate young children, teachers, parents and carers about the effects of too much electronic screen time.  Reduce the number of children diagnosed with behavioural disorders like ADHDUrge Government to set time limit guidelines for parents and carers to follow.
