The trustees have had regard to the guidan￿ issued by the Charity
Commission on public benefit in making their grant making decisions.
The trustees made grants in total of just over £140,000. Principal
beneficiaries included Bierton School (£46,196), Bierton PC (£70.071)
and Florence Nightingale Hospice {£6,200). The trustees also conlinued
offering grants to any student from Bierton or Hulcott attending university
or college for further education in order to assist with the purchase of
equipment and other necessary expenses.

during the year
The trustees continued lo assist the executor of the will of Mr. Griffin in
his ongoing dispute regarding dilapidations at Grove Fam Bierton arising
from the lease of that property by Mr. Griffin. The dispute has not yet
been ￿SOlved.

The financial objective of the Twst is to at least maintain the real value of
the assets whilst generating a stable and sustainable retum to fund grant
making although this would not predude consideration of a grant
application which would involve a reduction in the capital value of the
assets.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {Yhe Trust") for the year ended 3111212024.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance wtth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(Yhe Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b} of the Act.
Independent .1 have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below.) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
con￿rning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no COn￿r￿S and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
