(a) The Parish Council may in its discretion appoint 2 charity trustees Trustee selection methods provided that the number of charity trustees appointed by the Parish (eg. appointed by, elected by) Council shall never be a majority of the total number. Such trustees shall be known as “Council Appointed Trustees”. (b) The existing charity trustees shall invite nominations for further charity trustees from local organisations or from within the local community. The existing charity trustees shall consider the nominations and appoint 3 charity trustees from them. Such trustees shall be known as “Community Nominated Trustees

Section C Objectives and activities

The objects of the CIO are: 1) the provision and maintenance of a community centre for the use of the inhabitants of Hazlemere and the surrounding areas, including use for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisuretime occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the Summary of the objects of the inhabitants; charity set out in its 2) the provision of grants and funding to organisations and for governing document projects which make an application to the CIO and which will apply the funds for exclusively charitable purposes in a way that benefits the community of Hazlemere and improves the conditions of life for its inhabitants; and Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the CIO for the purposes which are not charitable.

The day to day management of the Memorial Hall (a community building), together with the maintenance of the building. Section D Achievements and performance 2024-2025. The Trustees continued to manage the building and Summary of the main supervise the hirers.
