**Activities:** Discuss with Liverpool City Council and Historic England the implications of building an International Heritage and Visitor Centre via an Asset Transfer of Anfield cemetery&#x27;s on-site Grade 2 South Chapel to Friends - removing the cemetery from the At Risk Register - providing community and visitor facilities linked to Heritage, celebrations and wakes - creating volunteering and job opportunities.
