**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO FOSTER, PROMOTE AND DEVELOP CLINICAL LEGAL EDUCATION IN ALL ITS FORMS IN SUCH WAY AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING:(A) SUPPORTING LAW SCHOOLS TO DEVELOP CLINICAL LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAMMES AND PROMOTE PRO BONO WORK;(B) ADVANCING THE LEGAL CURRICULUM AND TEACHING METHODOLOGIES, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND MATERIALS;(C) BUILDING EFFECTIVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH A BROAD RANGE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS, BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC;(D) PROMOTING RESEARCH AND OTHER SCHOLARLY ACTIVITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ON CLINICAL LEGAL EDUCATION AND PRO BONO LEGAL SERVICES BY WAY OF LAW SCHOOL PROGRAMMES AND TO PUBLISH USEFUL RESULTS.

**Activities:** Promote, foster and develop clinical legal education (CLE):- support law schools/affiliated entities to develop CLE/probono work;- advance legal curriculum and teaching methodologies;- build effective partnerships with a range of organisations, both private and public;- promote CLE research and activities and probono legal services for the public benefit, by way of university clinics.
