Constitution
The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation whose only voting members are the Trustees.
Appointment of Trustees
New Trustees are appointed by the existing Trustees of the Charity.
Objectives
To advance and maintain for the public benefit the Roman Catholic religion, in particular but not exclusively, by promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of:

the Roman Catholic dioceses;

other charities for the advancement of the Roman Catholic religion; and/or
-
other Roman Catholic organisations and bodies in the United Kingdom.
In setting our objectives and planning our activities, the Trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission’s general guidance on public benefit.

Activities, Achievements and Performance
The charity remains in its infancy and there were no activities during the financial year.
Financial Review
Review of the Financial Year
During the financial year donations of £0 nil funds were received from the charity’s trading subsidiary.
Reserves
Cash funds at 30[th] April 2023 amounted to £166,913, an increase of £0 during the year.
It is the Trustee’s aim to maintain reserves at a level to ensure funding requirements for the forthcoming year can be met and to safeguard the organisation against unforeseen circumstances.
Looking Ahead
The trustees are considering projects which may be funded in 2025 relating to the promotion of green energy across the Catholic Church in England Scotland and Wales.

No financial guarantees have been given by the organisation which are outstanding at the balance sheet date.

The organisation has no secured debts at the balance sheet date.
3 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
During the year ended 31st March 2024 the organisation received donations of £o NIL (2023 - £92,960) from its subsidiary undertaking Churchmarketplace Limited.
