**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE AREA KNOWN LOCALLY AS THE 'WESTCOMBE WOODLANDS', AN URBAN WOODLAND AREA LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF MAZE HILL STATION IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF GREENWICH BY MANAGING THE WOODLANDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PRINCIPLES OF GOOD WOODLAND MANAGEMENT AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF WESTCOMBE WOODLANDS AND THEIR HISTORY, NATURAL HISTORY, ECOLOGY AND BIO-DIVERSITY.

**Activities:** To maintain the Westcombe Woodlands for the benefit of the public having regard to the principles of good woodland management, and their conservation, protection, improvement and biological diversity. Also to educate the public  in the conservation, protection and improvement of the Woodlands and their history,natural history, ecology and bio-diversity
