The arrlval of Revd Nicol Kinrade, as Vlcar of All HBllows by the Tower and Rector of Sl Mary-al-Hill brought new
energy and delerminalion lo the parfsh. The Rector has come ak)ngside our Ailminislralor and PCC Secretary
who work relentlessly, with very limited resources, in 811 aspects of Ihe church and community.

City churches undertook to produce a Framework Conservation Plan alongslde Bn Outline Buslnes8 and
Community Dèv8lopmenl Plan lor eath of Ihe Clly churthes. In addllion, the PCC undertook to develop its own
